Three ventures. One principle.
Each of our businesses exists to make some part of this industry easier to access, understand or use, and each is built AI-first, with people doing what only people can.
Claims.Company
- What it does
- Independent benchmarking of claims outcomes for UK insurers. The claim is the moment an insurer keeps its promise or breaks it. Claims.Company measures how well that promise is kept, independently, across the market.
- Who it serves
- UK insurers, and through them, everyone who ever makes a claim.
- How it lives the principle
- Analysis at machine scale. Human judgement where interpretation, context and industry trust are required.
ESMI / The Exchange
- What it does
- ITIL and ESM training, and The Exchange, the community platform built around it. Service management is how organisations keep their promises internally; ESMI teaches it, and The Exchange is where its practitioners sharpen each other.
- Who it serves
- Service management professionals and the organisations that rely on them.
- How it lives the principle
- Delivery and scale handled by technology. People provide what makes training stick: community, mentoring, and relationships.
AmICovered
- What it does
- A consumer website that answers the question every policyholder asks: am I covered? Before you buy, it compares a current or prospective policy against your actual needs. Before you claim, it lets you verify your cover without calling a call centre and queuing.
- The ambition
- AmICovered aims to become the verifiable source of what is and is not in an insurance product, and what can be claimed for.
- Where it starts
- UK home and motor insurance, expanding over time to all UK insurance.
- How it lives the principle
- The questions call centres make people queue for, answered instantly. People reserved for the moments that genuinely need one.
